About me

I received my bachelors degree in Psychology at Kean University in New Jersey. I then moved down to Asheville, North Carolina where I completed my Masters degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and have been licensed since December 2021 in the state of North Carolina.

I have worked in inpatient treatment and outpatient treatment settings helping those with trauma, substance use, attachment and mood disorders, anxiety, depression, and an array of other mental health diagnosis and struggles. I recently transitioned out of a Private Practice group and stepped fully into my own Private Practice. I continue to receive trainings to deepen my understanding of psychoanalysis and other therapeutic modalities.

Life is hard. The human mind is complex and layered. Healing is not linear. Let me walk alongside you on your journey towards healing, understanding, self-exploration and self-discovery. Yes, the journey takes time, and remember, you are worth that time! We will not just be alleviating symptoms that are leaving you feeling distressed, we will be creating long lasting change.

Psychoanalysis is deeply relational in its nature. My passion is in exploring childhood wounds and our earliest experiences that have imprinted patterns and behaviors, feelings and narratives within our psyches that no longer serve us today. By sitting in the discomfort, remaining curious, committing to knowing the self deeply, and through a safe therapeutic relationship, this is how I help guide my clients to cultivate meaningful and deep-seated change. Again, this process takes time, and remember, you are worth that time. It starts with talking out loud. I welcome you to say anything at all, there is no script, just your authenticity.
